We have an urgent requirement in our esteem organization for the position of Human Resources Executive for International recruitment.

Requirement
• Bachelor's in human resources- MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 06 months of experience in oil and gas industry.
• Well versed with Job portals such as Naukri India, Monster etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
• Excellent record keeping.
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end process of recruitment
• Sourcing candidates from different job portals , Employee Referrals or internal job transfer
• Co-ordinate between Candidates & Clients starting from scheduling till placement
• Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
• Preparing Job descriptions for all employees and getting them approved
• Understand the business requirement and strategize to fill requirements
• Manpower planning
• Coordinate with candidate/Documentations /joining process/scheduled interview
• To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
