Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at SREE LPG PRIVATE LIMITED. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. They will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Experience in employee relations and HR policies
• Knowledge of human resources principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Experience in the mining & metals industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
