Key Position Responsibilities:
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Corporate and Club level Hiring.
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Other office administration Work.
Required Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT Recruitment.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Good Knowledge of Job portals: Naukri, Linkedln, Indeed, etc
