Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can manage and improve the productivity of our growing team (100+ people) as well as coordinate with and manage our team of alumni consultants who are spread all over the globe.
Responsibilities
• Manage monthly KPI reports, focus on improving the productivity of team members.
• Manage office day-to-day workings as well as manage operational tasks
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment of team members as well as part-time consultants
• Oversee work and integrate accountability into consultants
• Build processes to improve company culture (KPIs, Dashboards, Feedback Mechanisms)
• Oversee the quality of deliverables and take corrective actions as required
Ideal Candidate
2-3 years of experience in HR
Experience in recruitment
Experience in setting and managing KPI structures and feedback mechanisms
