The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for identifying top talent. Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract candidates using various sources such as job boards, social media, and networking. • Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. • Conducting Interviews: Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates. • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences. • Managing Job Offers: Coordinate the job offer process and ensure timely communication with candidates. • Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
