As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier IT professionals to meet our organization's talent acquisition needs. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements
• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• High level of professionalism and integrity
