Job Description
We are looking for a HR executive to manage our company’s talent acquisition, data management and payroll. Additional responsibilities would involve handling the entire gamut of recruitment and various human resources activities, thus ensuring excellence, contributing to the overall success of the human resources strategy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and support HR Data and Records requirements to the HR function aligning with regulatory and firmwide policy and standards. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain the best employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost
• Thorough understanding of any HRMS , HRIS
• Manage and deep dive into various form of internal data and systems to prepare reports
• Managing payroll additions and deductions in coordination with the payroll team.
• Organising important events of the company
• Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Creating an environment of open communication
• Well versed working with HRMS like ZingHR, greytHR, EasyHR etc
• Assist the Human Resources Leader in the preparation of periodic reports as required
• Liaising with stakeholders and other HR teams
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the HR Manager
• Manage employees’ grievances.
• Introducing employee wellness programs
Skills & Expertise:
• Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition and hands-on- experience with portals like Naukri, , iimjobs etc
• Experience in HR systems and/or data a plus.
• Well versed with domestic and international hiring
• Having working knowledge of ATS like Workday, Taleo, BambooHR etc
• Good knowledge of labour legislation(particularly employee contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership qualities
• Solid communication skills
• High Level of Passion for finding the right talents
• Meticulous; has high attention to details
• Experience of using an online recruitment system and competency based interviewing Techniques
