Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join the HR department in Canada and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. The incumbent will assist in the daily operations of the HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role requires high level of professionalism and discretion and is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for HR, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Relations - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively. - Promote a positive work environment and culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Onboarding- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
• Benchmarking- Stay abreast on all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and/or developments, and ensure changes to rules
Skill:
• 1 to 3 year's relevant experience with a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic Experience with HR software and databases is a plus.
