We are seeking a skilled and versatile HR Executive to join our dynamic force of MaMo TechnoLabs LLP. This position entails dual responsibilities, as the HR Executive will not only handle various human resources functions but will also actively contribute .The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices. Responsibilities:
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, handling inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
• Support employee development initiatives, including training and career development programs.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance on employee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements:
• 0 - 1 years of experience .
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.• Strong knowledge of HR principles, and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the organization
