About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the final shortlisting of resumes
2. Conduct first screening interviews
3. Arrange selection tests/interview rounds as required
4. Work on a performance management system
5. Work on employee motivation
Requirements:
1. Only female candidates are required
