About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Stay aware of job descriptions
• Final shortlisting of resumes
• Conduct first screening interviews
• Arrange selection tests/interview rounds as required
• Issue the offer letter
• Shortlist, negotiate and finalize the job consultant/job portal
• Work on induction and joining
• Complete joining formalities of new joiners
• Conduct background checks
• Conduct HR induction training
• Update the employee's personal records and files
• Work on maintaining leave records of all the employees
• Keep track on the time and attendance of all the employees
• Work on a performance management system
• Maintain records for the performance appraisal process
• Work on documentation of the appraisal process
• Work on carrying out employee confirmation process/increment/promotion-related activities
• Work on the separation process
• Work on ensuring that all exit formalities are complete
• Work on employee motivation
• Carry out activities to improve employees & management interaction like get together and informal meetings
• Initiate & coordinate fun activities for the team members
