Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Female HR Executive to manage daily HR operations at our Chinchwad office and coordinate with our manufacturing unit in Chakan. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day employee issues, salary processing, hiring, and ensure proper HR functioning in both office and factory settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee grievances and daily queries at both office and manufacturing unit
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other documentation
• Prepare and calculate monthly salaries based on attendance and HR inputs
• Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new employees
• Coordinate with labour contractors to ensure sufficient manpower at the factory
• Conduct orientation for new joiners and handle exit formalities
• Ensure HR documentation, compliance, and policy communication is up to date
• Maintain files and employee records (physical and digital)
• Act as the point of contact between management and staff for HR matters
• Support basic administration and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR software (ESSL etc.)
• Knowledge of attendance systems, salary computation, and statutory compliance basics (PF/ESIC is a plus)
• Familiar with basic HR policies and practices in a manufacturing setup
• Ability to travel occasionally to the Chakan unit (If needed)
• Approachable, well-organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
