Create initiatives that boost morale, productivity, and retention.
Ensure a positive work environment by handling employee concerns and feedback.
Plan and implement team-building activities and recognition programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage payroll, benefits, and HR policies to ensure smooth operations.
Keep up with labor laws and compliance to avoid any roadblocks.
Develop and enforce company policies that support business growth.
Performance & Growth Management
Set up performance review systems and employee growth plans.
Work with managers to improve team productivity and satisfaction.
Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
