We have Urgent Requirement for an 'HR Generalist' with Rasayanam Enterprises in Faridabad, Sec-15.
Responsibilities:
• Monthly Salary Processing of the employees
• Statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, TDS and other deductions
• Responsible for generation, validation and submission of various challans
• PF, ESIC, Shop & Establishment acts knowledge
• Ensuring delivery of various reports within agreed TAT.
• End to end Payroll processing
• Full and final settlement
• Working experience on Razorpay Payroll software is added advantage
• Responsible to prepare monthly salary sheet
• Must be comfortable to travel to second office for finalization of payroll
