• Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
• Taking telephonic and FTF interviews with managers.
• Sourcing/Screening the candidates as per requirement
• Understanding the Job descriptions
• Telephonic screening of CV's.
• Interaction with the candidates, scheduling them for an Interview.
• Handling data in MS-Office.
• Cold calling and email for hiring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
