Job description:
1. Statutory Compliance :
To maintain Registers of Factory Acts .
To maintain all forms as per Factory Act etc.
To fill Consolidated Annual Return as per Factory Act.
To fill Labour Welfare Fund return twice in Year.
To fill ER-1 & ER – 2 return of employment exchange.
To fill CNV form and 85 % of employment exchange.
To submit Monthly PF and ESIC Challan.
To submit Professional Tax challan.
To submit Left employees PF withdrawal, Transfer and Advance Procedures.
To Control Apprentice return and fill up all forms as per Apprentice Act.
To verify forms of new employees of Form -2, Form -F and Form -11.
To Intract government Officiers & carry Out actions.
To deal with Local bodies like Talati, Sarpanch etc.
2. Contract Labour Management:
Contract approval, License, Insurance and renewal.
Verify Contract Labour Bill & Monthly Payemets .
Verify and maintain Contract Labour payment register as per Labour Act.
To Maintain and update contract labour records.
Process Overtime Payments on Occurance.
Statutory compliance like Provident Fund Leave card etc.
Process Payement of Bonus as per Bonus Act for Labours .
3. Security Management:
Security Contract approval, License, Insurance and renewal.
Verify Security Contract Labour Bill.
4. Industrial Relation :
Disciplinary action, Drafting Show Cause notice, Warning letters, Suspension order, Transfer, Termination etc as per Disciplinary Policy / SOP.
Conducting Grievance Handling Procedure, Domestic inquiry and works Committee.
Dealing with Labour contractors.
Handling Union Inquiries.
To appear for labour court or Tribunals cases on behalf of company.
To visit plants and ascertain issues with staffs / workers. And apprise to HR/IR Department Head.
