Job Description
· Talent and capacity building of the organization
o Manage the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process
o Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
o Roll out joining documents - offer letter, appointment letter, etc.
· Manage the basics of HR operations – Entry to Exit (Employee Lifecyle) and HR Compliances
· Recommend and implement employee R&R, Engagement & benefits programs
· Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks on the same day
Requirements:
· Knowledge & experience in, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement and employee development.
· Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Familiarity with C.V. databases, professional networks and social media
· Preferred experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry
