Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will be responsible to drive the HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.
Educational Qualification , Work Experience & Key Competencies
• Qualification Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, IR or Organization Development.
Work Experience
• 4 -6 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources

Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Identify organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
• Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team to assist with talent acquisition & development
• Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines
• Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success
• Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
• Managing and delivering reports, dashboards and data when required
• Performance Management:
• Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
• Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams to understand goals of the organization and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the Organization's objectives; specifically, through managing the performance cycle to ensure alignment and cascading of business goals.
• Contribute to the design, implementation and management of effective Recognition Programs to reward staff contributions.
• In liaison with the Business Unit HR, support the development and implementation of monitoring systems for Complex or departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external performance measurement requirements.
· General Administration:
· Manage day-to-day office operations; oversee and coordinate overall activities and provide administrative support to the city leadership
· Manage relationship with facilities management
· Identify and oversee services with commercial vendors for all of operational requirements
· Payroll Management:
· Manage all Leave & Attendance Requirements
· Liaison all statutory compliances with the 3rd party vendor.
Any other responsibility as assigned by your reporting manager
