Resources GeneralistWe are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with an experience of 3-5 years to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company's growth strategy.Responsibilities:Oversee the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws and industry standards.Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards for employees.Maintain HR records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations, using HRIS systems.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs.Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing safety guidelines and promoting employee well-being initiatives.Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies and policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; HR certification is a plus.Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in India.Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR-related software/tools.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Location: Bangalore , KarnatakaApplication Process:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume along with a cover letter highlighting their qualifications and suitability for the position.Surgeway Biosciences Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
