Role Overview: HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in our HR department, supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Address employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and organize training sessions or workshops.
Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
Executive Secretary Duties:
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information and communications with discretion.
What We Look For:
Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience in HR roles
Education: Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR functions, practices, and labor laws.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
