About the Internship:
Pariworld Homedecor is looking for a human resources (HR) associate to bring their HR operations to the next level. The ideal candidate should have excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and know both MS Excel and Word.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding company with a strong commitment to a positive and compliant HR function. As an HR associate, you will play an integral role in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with all areas of the recruitment process and conduct interviews
2. Prepare compensation and benefit-related documents
3. Manage employee data and records, such as attendance and leave information
4. Respond to employee queries and requests in a timely manner
5. Develop and maintain an effective system for tracking employee performance
6. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary issues
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
8. Make recommendations for improvement of HR operations
