About the Internship:
As a recruitment ninja, you will be participating in various recruitment functions and duties.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on analyzing and sourcing jobs, profiling, screening, selecting, documenting & reporting
2. Administer assessments throughout the hiring process and conduct initial interviews with the help of specialized and hi-tech tools provided by the company
3. Provide an optimistic and high-end experience for any/all candidates throughout the entire interview process
4. Implement best hiring practices and procedures, both traditional and modern
5. Identify and innovate new creative ways to acquire the best and most relevant candidates
6. Source candidates through referrals, LinkedIn, Naukri, networking events, career fairs, university recruiting, and deep market research
