About the Internship:
Are you looking for a role that will challenge you and allow you to contribute to a global hospitality group? Taj Hotels is looking for a talented human resources associate for the team.
As a human resources (HR) (associate) in our team, you will be given the opportunity to use your expertise in English proficiency (spoken) and English proficiency (written), MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word, to help ensure an exceptional end-to-end HR experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Participate in recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate selection
2. Oversee performance reviews and provide guidance to managers & supervisors
3. Implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes
4. Prepare and update employee records, manage HR documents, and track employee performance data
5. Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives
6. Maintain compliance with applicable laws & regulations
7. Create reports and review benefits and compensation programs
8. Work with the finance team to ensure proper payroll management
+. Respond to employee queries and grievances
