Job Description
As a Human Resources Executive at Gladius Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing our most valuable asset – our people. We are looking for someone who is not only well-versed in HR processes, but also proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of salary structures and labor laws is a must in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address HR-related issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
