About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Co-partner in driving employee engagement activities
2. Handle grievances and concerns and bring them to closure
3. Keep a check on the general employee's well-being
4. Work on business partnering and stakeholder management
5. Manage R&R and new employee induction and orientation for the business
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Thane, Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. MBA/PGDM/MMS in human resource management
