Key Responsibilities
• Attract quality talent in accordance with the manpower planning and talent sourcing strategy within the desired time frame, ensuring impeccable stakeholder and candidate experience
• Liaise with Business/Technology Managers regularly to understand the specific hiring needs of respective business units and meet their requirements
• Manage walk-in drives, arrange interviews, conduct salary negotiations, and release offers
• Prepare weekly/monthly hiring dashboards for the leadership team
• Onboard new hires and handle other special projects as per business needs
