As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Seth & Associates, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve working closely with our HR team to support various initiatives and projects- Key Responsibilities • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs. • Support HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees. • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement programs. • Utilize MS Office and Canva to create presentations, reports, and other materials for HR events and communication. • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
