AdvaRisk is a start-up that aims to disrupt the process of granting credit to the corporate sector and reduce the cataclysmic impact of bad credit decisions (NPAs) on financial institutions and the overall economy. Today, AdvaRisk is a 32-member team spread across Mumbai, Pune, & Ahmedabad, and is working with 20+ financial institutions including PSU, private & foreign banks, and select NBFC to prevent frauds and maximize recovery from defaulters. One of our products was shortlisted for 'Most Innovative FinTech Product' in the India FinTech Awards (IFTA) 2026 & AdvaRisk was selected in the top 50 fintech startups across India in Fintegrate Zone 2026.

About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Design and update job descriptions, screen and source candidates from job portals, line up candidates and block calendars and create a pipeline of candidates for every job posting
• Partner with the human resource business partner and recruitment agencies closely to enhance the candidate experience and meet hiring needs
• Execute and enhance candidate engagement and onboarding with efficient TAT
• Prepare, update, and recommend HR activities.
• Find interesting and creative ways to build team camaraderie
• Provide support with respect to other HR activities including but not limited to routine responsibilities
