About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding - this can include posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and helping new hires with their paperwork
2. Support employee training and development - you may help plan and coordinate training sessions or programs for employees, and assist with tracking their progress
3. Help with benefits administration - this could involve processing employee benefit enrollment forms, answering benefits-related questions, and ensuring all employee information is accurate and up-to-date
4. Conduct research - you may be asked to research HR-related topics, such as best practices for performance management or the latest trends in employee engagement
5. Assist with HR projects - this could include helping to develop new HR policies, procedures, or programs, and collaborating with other members of the HR team to implement them
6. Maintain HR records - you may be responsible for keeping employee files organized and up-to-date, and for ensuring that all HR-related data is accurate and confidential
