Learntoupgrade was established in the year 2013. We are into education counseling in which we are selling the course and internship with students pan India.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the entire recruitment cycle and sourcing candidates through various sources such as job portals, references, headhunting, etc.
2. Building a network and database of candidates through research, references, and headhunting
3. Hiring candidates internally and externally
Skills & Requirements:
1. 6 months of work experience in recruitment
2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills
3. Experience in data maintenance and MIS
4. Good relationship-building & influencing skills
5. Good communication & presentation skills
6. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Apr'23 and 31st May'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 5,000 /month
