About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end recruiting responsibilities
2. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networks, references, etc.
3. Screen candidate CVs and job applications received from employee referrals/company site
4. Talk to a stakeholder or a hiring manager and understand the requirement, narrate it, and post the job on an appropriate job board/social media platforms
5. Maintain hiring and recruitment tracker with profile/stage/feedback
6. Work on cold calling
7. Conduct pre-interview screening as per the requirement and shortlist candidates
8. Align interviews shortlisted by interview panels and managers
+. Maintain/Filter the CV database
10. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process
11. Coordinate with the offered candidate until they join the organization
12. Represent the company at recruiting events
13. Coordinate with candidates on the interview process
14. Contribute to recruiting strategy and planning
15. Promote open positions through social media inside the company and use other channels

3. Qualification: Engineering degree, mechanical/electrical engineering
4. Interested and passionate about recruitment
5. Have knowledge of recruitment activities and processes is an added advantage
