We connect brands with creators. We're a DIPP recognized startup by Start-Up India. We envision creating a SaaS where selecting influencers for campaigns will be much simpler with influencer discovery, more reliable by assured payments, and more scalable by providing easy-to-use tools to help brands connect with multiple influencers for their desired campaigns.
Our product will be accessible to everyone with marginal subscription fees, save 50%+ of money spent on influencer marketing agencies and improve productivity by more than 5 times. We aim to add value to the user's life because 'adding value first' is the winning formula for growth.

About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process & consult with the founders directly to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
• Contact references and perform background checks (if required)
• Inform applicants about job details such as their roles, responsibilities, benefits, etc.
• Hire or refer qualified candidates
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Process paperwork
• Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
• Conduct a weekly meeting with the already hired employees and take their feedback
• Direct disciplinary procedures
