About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities of a talent acquisition intern include:
• Interviewing candidates and understand their aspirations and career objectives
• Find the prospective candidates that would be the right for the job
• Create a pool of candidates that can be used in the future as well
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with candidates and recruiters
• Assist recruiters in their employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about HR and recruitment
• Ambitious, intrinsically motivated and a self-starter
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
