Liz Lyn Careers was started by Liz Dsouza who has a passion for using creative HR techniques to find the perfect match between employers and job seekers. The Liz Lyn group believes that every business big or small has the right to superior quality staff and hence we strive to eradicate the distance between small businesses and recruitment agencies.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding client briefs via scheduled meetings
2. Creating and sharing job advertisements for current vacancies
3. Sourcing for relevant candidates on different job portals
4. Screening resumes received on various platforms
5. Registering a minimum of 5 candidates daily on the organization's software
6. Attending weekly team meetings & brainstorming sessions
7. Assisting the recruitment team
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Apr'23 and 15th May'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
