About Company:
Physics Wallah is an online education technology company based in New Delhi. It was created as a YouTube channel by Mr. Alakh Pandey in 2017. We are rapidly expanding and intending to make JEE/NEET preparations more accessible and cost-effective to the aspirants.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, interviews, knowledge tests
2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
4. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
5. Work on data management (Must know MS excel)
6. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
7. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
8. Handle day-to-day HR operations
+. Support other functions as assigned
10. Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding till separation
11. Work with line managers and members to address all employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests
12. Conduct interaction with new joiners
13. Conduct various connect programs with members to check & provide feedback & recommendation to management in order to help decision-making
14. Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of the business
15. Conduct various employee engagement activities including birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.

3. are available for duration of 3 months

Stipend:
INR 12,000-20,000 /month
