We are the pioneers in home retail in India. We started our journey in 2007 with our first store in Noida as a one-stop destination for home solutions. We offer clearly defined home offerings with a wide assortment of furniture, homeware, customized solutions in kitchen and wardrobes, and home improvement. We strive to add value to our customers by providing personalized interior design consultation and services for homes and offices. We extended our presence online in 2016 with a specially-curated assortment of product offerings catering to the specific needs of new-age online customers. Today, we have a strong presence with 44 stores across 28 cities. Our expansion plan is long-term and we plan to grow both online and new stores across existing and new markets.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Hire employees for stores/corporate office
2. Maintain fill rate as per manpower planning (MPP)
3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
4. Execute selection processes (preparing JDs, screening calls, etc.)
5. Work on onboarding and documentation
6. Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
7. Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and personal interviews
8. Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs and preparing recruitment dashboards
+. Assist the manager in designing the hiring schedule
Requirements: Ability to source, attract, and select candidates, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and collaborative skills.
