About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Assist with the end-to-end hiring process
• Follow up with the applicant
• Engage in first-level screening
• Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process
• Source and screen qualified applicants and resumes
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process
• Perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities
Skills And Other Requirements
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of HR policies
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
