About the Internship:
We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our human resources department as an HR executive. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in human resources department and thorough knowledge of employee management and HRMS tool.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the employee database
2. Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
3. Overseeing the employee's joining and exit process
4. Managing workplace issues and complaints
5. Maintaining and recording employee attendance
6. Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations
7. Handling the payroll, performance and appraisals
8. Explaining the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees
+. Handling and managing HRMS tools such as EasyHR
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Mar'23 and 24th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
