About Company:Shiksha Seva Foundation is nationally registered Under Indian Trust Act 1882, a non-profit organization which works with the uttermost determination that every girl child should get proper education and women should get the proper training that their life should enrich and blossom since 2012. Every rupee received in donation, every project sanctioned goes long way in reaching out to girl children and women. Our major objective is to empower underprivileged girl children and women in rural and urban through education, healthcare and train them in self-employed skill sets. We work to provide and to enable the environment with our partner schools to kindle the light of education in each child. We are looking forward to providing appropriate teaching aid and infrastructure facilities like libraries, health care, and literacy promotion program.About the Internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Arranging and conducting telephonic interviews of the shortlisted candidates.Handling and taking care of end-to-end processes of recruitment.Searching candidates for multiple positions through the recruitment portals.Making offer letters, appointment letters, salary increment letters, grievance letters.Collecting and updating our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information) Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 17th Aug'22 and 21st Sep'22 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Stipend:INR 2,000 /monthOther perks:Certificate, Letter of recommendationSkills required:MS-Word, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken
