About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews
2. Design and update job descriptions
3. Source potential candidates from various online channels
4. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
6. Interview candidates
7. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
+. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
10. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
11. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Only those candidates can apply who:

2. can start the internship between +th Aug'22 and 13th Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
