About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on posting, communication, and hiring interns for various other roles
• Source candidates from job portals and social sites
• Maintain the record and achieve client recruitment pressure
• Work on coordinating the interview process
• Work on employee personnel file management
• Work on maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions & conducting orientations
• Work on calling, screening, short-listing, and interviewing the candidates as per company requirements
