About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source talent through various available resources both traditional & digitally available job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
2. Use social media and other channels for gathering information on candidates like LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.
3. Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches the client's needs
4. Build a talent pipeline & work on talent mapping
5. Work on building and maintaining relationships with clients
6. Build rapport with both the clients & candidates
7. Offer negotiations & conduct background checks, if required
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Aug'22 and 21st Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 12,000 /month
