About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for senior & the middle management level
2. Identify the best sourcing methodologies according to the position of job portals, candidate reference database, professional sites, networking, LinkedIn, recommendations, headhunting, etc.
3. Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
4. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
5. Involve in a preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, communication skills, and aspirations, i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects, etc.
6. Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, and other promotional information
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Aug'22 and 20th Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 5,000-8,000 /month
