About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for senior & the middle management level
• Identify the best sourcing methodologies according to the position of job portals, candidate reference, database, professional sites, networking, LinkedIn, recommendations, headhunting, etc.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Involve in a preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, communication skills, and aspirations, i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects, etc.
• Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, and other promotional information
