About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Understand how to use various job portals, social media sites, and other sources for recruitment.
• Work under the supervision of the seniors on live projects for clients of TMS.
• Learn about HR documentation like making offer letters and appointment letters.
Note: You will be trained on the talent acquisition process and will get a real-world perspective into the nuances of HR in the corporate world. You will take part in numerous training & coaching sessions during the internship with TMS that will make you ready for the future.
