About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Filling positions within the organization
2. Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
3. Developing own network of suitable candidates
4. Handling of administration and record-keeping
5. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan
6. Handling employee queries regarding HR procedure, policy, ESI and PF, benefits program
7. Managing the daily HR operations of the HR department
8. Handling payroll and coordinating with consultant
+. Coordinating with other personnel for office work
10. Maintaining HR records
11. Joining formalities and exit formalities
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st May'23 and 5th Jun'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
