Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Assist with performance management processes including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
• Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement activities and diversity and inclusion programs
• Assist with HR analytics and reporting by compiling data and creating reports in MS Excel
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
