Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 3 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate data entry in HR databases.

Track and manage employee attendance and leaves.

Support in daily HR operations and administration tasks.

Assist in coordinating HR-related meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Basic understanding of HR functions and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various aspects of human resources.
