Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Updating employee records and assisting in payroll management
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Recruiting suitable candidates and working on employee development
• Managing employment forms
• Interpreting, analyzing, and explaining internal databases
• Filing documents and answering client and employee inquiries
• Confirming applicant availability and gathering and organizing job applications
• Writing employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
• Participating and assisting in career days and company social and networking events
