About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
2. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
3. Develop training and development programs
4. Assist in performance management processes
5. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
6. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
